An attorney for over 15 years, Pat Gallagher is founder of The Gallagher Law Firm overseeing its day-to-day operations, as well as the long term strategic planning of the firm. He focuses his law practice on the needs of businesses and specializes in a wide variety of transactional matters, disputes and litigation. Mr. Gallagher has litigated cases throughout Michigan before the American Arbitration Association, State and Federal Courts, Michigan Court of Appeals, Michigan Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals. Client industries he has worked within range from banking and real estate to construction, health care, manufacturing and many others. Mr. Gallagher's credentials include a listing in Who's Who in American Law , and appointments by the Circuit Judges of Ingham, Eaton and Clinton Counties to their Case Evaluation Panels. He is a member of the American Bar Association as well as the State Bar of Michigan's Business Law, Real Estate and Estate Planning sections. Mr. Gallagher has been actively involved with bar association activities including the Ingham County Young Lawyers, Ingham County Bar Association Board of Directors, Ingham County Bench Bar Committee, and the Establishing a Law Practice Committee. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Gallagher is an active participant in several significant business ventures involving real estate and banking. He has been honored repeatedly by the Governor of Michigan with several governmental appointments. He currently serves on the State of Michigan Building Authority and is also a member of many trade organizations related to his clients' various industries. After graduating from Kenyon College with a bachelor of arts degree in 1986, Mr. Gallagher attended Washington University, where in 1989, he earned his juris doctor degree and was the recipient of a Dean's Scholarship
