Who We Are

Craig S. Gerard attended Western Michigan University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Major in Criminal Justice. Craig attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School on an Honors Scholarship. While in law school, he earned the Certificate of Merit in his Business Organizations and Entertainment Law Courses. He received his Juris Doctorate Cum Laude, with a concentration on Business Transactions in January of 2004. After law school, Craig practiced as an associate attorney in a mid-sized private practice firm in Okemos specializing in estate planning, durable powers of attorney, wills and revocable living trusts.

Craig joined The Gallagher Law Firm in March of 2007 focusing his practice on trust and estate administration. He is developing and implementing our public educational seminar program on the benefits and process of estate planning. Craig is currently participating in the Institute of Continuing Legal Education's Certification Program for Estate Planning and Trust Administration.
